My Kingdom Network ("the network," "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we share quote requests within the network.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly:
- Membership applications: your business details, your story, category, location, and contact information.
- Quote requests (RFQs): your name, email, phone (optional), ZIP code, the service category, and a description of what you need.
- Communications: messages you send us through the site's forms or by email.
We may also record basic technical data — such as IP address — solely to protect our forms from abuse (submission rate-limiting).
How we share quote requests
When you submit a quote request, you understand and agree that your request — along with your contact details — is forwarded to the verified member businesses in the category you chose, so they can reply with a quote, and to the network administration for follow-up.
We share your request for that purpose only. Each business receives your request individually; we do not expose your information in a list visible to other recipients.
How we use your information
We use your information to run the network: to review membership applications, route quote requests to the relevant businesses, respond to your inquiries, and keep the site secure. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Sale of data
We do not sell your personal information. Sharing your quote request with the businesses in the category you selected is part of the service you asked for — it is not a sale of data.
Data retention
We keep membership and quote-request records for as long as they are needed to operate the network and follow up. You may request deletion of your data at any time; we will honor it unless the law requires us to retain certain records.
Your choices and how to remove your data
You may request to access, correct, or delete your data by writing to the contact email below. A member business may request removal of its profile at any time.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information on the site. No system is perfectly secure, but we handle your data with care and share it only as described here.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the network grows. We will post the current version here with its update date.
