The network

My Kingdom Network is a private directory of verified Christian-owned businesses. Membership requires an application, affirming the network's Statement of Faith, and approval by the administration. The network reserves the right to accept or decline applications.

Our role: promotion only

My Kingdom Network only promotes and gives visibility to the businesses listed in the directory. We are not a party to any transaction, contract, or agreement between member businesses and their customers.

Accordingly, the network accepts no responsibility for any issue, breach, dispute, damage, or loss arising between a business and its customer, nor for any contract they enter into with each other. Every engagement is made directly between the customer and the business, at their sole responsibility.

Business membership

Member businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. The network displays profiles in good faith but does not guarantee the work, pricing, or conduct of any business. Any engagement is a direct agreement between the customer and the business.

Quote requests (RFQs)

By submitting a quote request, you authorize it to be shared with the member businesses in the chosen category and with the network administration, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The network facilitates the connection; it does not take part in the negotiation and does not guarantee that you will receive a reply or a quote. Quotes, contracts, and payments are directly between you and the business.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide truthful information and not to use the site to send spam, unlawful content, or fraudulent requests. We may limit or suspend access in cases of abuse.

Content and brand

The My Kingdom Network name, logo, and design belong to the network. Content that businesses submit remains theirs; by publishing it on the network, they grant us permission to display it within the directory.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the network is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from agreements between customers and member businesses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted here with its date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
